Set of 14 new district cards New rules excerpts: Facedown districts have no building cost or effects, but they do count towards your completed city. Some cards affect components in the box. Keep unused components nearby when playing with these cards. Each card has different card text affecting the game in different ways. Promo available with purchase of the new 2021 edition of the game in participating outlets.
